We need an engineer who builds product, not someone who executes tickets.

• Ship across the stack: design and integrate new payment providers into our infrastructure.
• Build and extend the CryptoRails API, the core layer clients depend on.
• Ship merchant-facing tools and internal systems.
• Prototype new features end-to-end.
• Work directly with clients on integrations and build agents or internal systems that make launches faster.

• A merchant can integrate without hand-holding because the API, docs, and tools work.
• Onboarding time drops from weeks to days.
• New rails launch consistently without turning the system into a pile of exceptions.

• Backend: Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL.
• Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript.
• Infra: Azure, Vercel, Supabase, GitHub Actions.
• Blockchain: Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, Base, and others.
• Payments: ACH, IBAN/SWIFT, SEPA, and local rails globally.

• Production experience across the stack.
• Claude Code native: knows how to orchestrate a full development cycle with agents.
• Strong API design sense and architectural thinking.
• Impeccable taste.
• Solid fundamentals: performance, reliability, security.
• Comfortable in ambiguity and small teams.

• Fintech, payments, or blockchain infrastructure background.
• Experience with payment integrations such as SEPA, ACH, card processing, or local rails.
