You will design the operating system for KYB, monitoring, escalations, partner reviews, and regulator-ready evidence.

• Own KYC/KYB policy and execution loops.
• Improve onboarding review, transaction monitoring, Travel Rule evidence, and escalations.
• Work with engineering and ops so policy becomes product behavior.
• Build clean evidence trails for partners, auditors, and regulators.

• Good customers move faster.
• Bad flows stop earlier.

• Compliance reviews become clearer, faster, and less manual.

• Fintech, payments, crypto, banking, or regulated-finance compliance experience.
• Strong judgment under ambiguity.
• Comfort working directly with product and engineering.
• Clear writing and clean operational thinking.

• Experience with KYB, Travel Rule, transaction monitoring, Sumsub, or payment partner reviews.
• Experience in EU VASP, EMI, banking, or cross-border payment environments.

Stablecoin infrastructure is becoming one of the most important layers in fintech. You will help decide how regulated money movement works in production.
